Wedding In Orlando- Any Inexpensive Garden Ideas?

I would LOVE to spend around $5-6,000 only on a wedding though I am running into these venues requiring to use their caterers, packages, ect.. Which really double my budget. Any ideas of a nice house and garden setting (prefer near a lake)?? I need to bbok now!! These dates are being filled (looking for this year Christmas)
