Birthday Party - Maybe 70`s Theme

I need ideas for my husbands birthday party.
It is a big one! We are thinking a 70`s theme.
I need ideas for entertainment [ Im on a budget ]

You could do a Mystery Dinner theatre with a little twist. Ask everyone to come as a character from one of those old 70`s cop shows. You can give everyone a part.....
