CHARGING IS TACKY

I have a latin and american parent and neither one of them ever had this idea cross their mind. It has nothing to do with culture, race or religion, it has to do with the LEVEL and CLASS of a person!

In response to its Miami Culture, that is crap. Thats why Miami has gone to crap cause of the trash living in Miami, after all Miami is considered to be a foreign place now.
