RE: Wishing Well Poems
In respect to those that sit on either side of the fence I think wedding gifts of any description is an awkward time, you never feel comfortable when someone asks you that question "what do you want as a gift"? As I place myself in the shoes of the person buying the gift...what do you get? Do they have it? Will they like it? If you struggle here then is providing a monetary donation such a bad thing. It is wedding etiquitte to bring a gift so why not contribute in a way you know they will value. I am trying to find a wishing well poem for my wedding and any suggestions would be great. As long as the wording is polite I really think it is becomming a more accepted and popular option for todays bride and groom simply as traditions change and people do live together before marriage these days.
