Wedding Locations!!!

Me and my fiance are on a very low budget. I dont know where to begin but we are looking for a place where they dont charge per person but where we can just rent out a place. Anywhere in the five boroughs is fine. Please help

Hello. When you say the five boroughs - do you mean New York? If so, I can think of a few locations. All depends on the number of guests you are expecting.
