Chocolate Covered Oreos For Candy Bar??

I make chocolate covered Oreos quite often. You do NOT want to freeze chocolate unless you are 100% confident you tempered your chocolate properly. Otherwise you will get those dreaded nasty white spots that make them look moldy (even though they are not still 100% edible).

You should be able to freeze if you place them in a brown paper bag or box and then wrap in plastic. It’s no fail for me.

To be safe, Ghirardelli’s dipping chocolate. It`s tempered and ready to go.

Do a test run on the freezing.
