Tailor In San Diego HELP!

I`m not having a traditional catholic wedding (the horror!) but my fiance agreed to wear a traditional filipino shirt. It was custom tailored, intricately embriodered, expensive, made from pineapple fibre (made in the Philippines)..and fits horribly! We`ve asked a local tailor and he refused to help. Wedding is SOON! Anyone know anyone in the area with experience or skill to try?Thanks!!!!!!
