Polka Dot Wedding Theme
I am plannning a wedding for June 10th, 2006 and I am using hot pink and lime green polka dots with hot yellow and orange as accent colors as my theme. My cake even has lime green and hot pink polka dots on it. My bridesmaids are wearing hot pink dresses and the groomsmen are wearing black tuxes with hot pink ties. I am using gerber daisies for my flowers. My invitations are 5x7 magnets which is really unique and we are using `confoti` as decorations for the tables. (You can go to www.confoti.com for more info. I am going to be having a black and white polka dotted wedding with red roses this August 2008.I found some really pretty polka dotted jackets with long black really formal dresses at DressBarn and then using red and white roses for the boquets.Just a suggestion if anyone doesnt want to pay so much money for the dresses at bridal shopes.

I absolutely love this plka dot wedding gown. Sadly it is too pricey for my budget. If anyone knows of a cheaper way to get this dress or a similar one, let me know!

Ok for all of you that are doing a Polka dot wedding the best way I feel to do the wedding party`s dresses so your not going to over board is to add a polka dotted lining of tulle to a solid color dress. If you over do it it will be noticeable. Leave about 2 to 3 inches of the tulle showing and there you go your touch of spots to your party`s dresses. I am tossing around the black and white dotted theme that is on the end of the movie Because I said so. I was really suck on the whole wedding party dresses then thought about this. Cute way to just add a touch with out over doing it.
