Wedding Sponsor

I can start off with a sad story but that`s not the kind of person I am. I am planning a July 11th wedding in Chicago. I finally found my best friend and soul mate and I proposed to him on his birthday in September 2006. Shortly after proposing I found out I was pregnant with his first child. I want my day to be the most beautiful day ever because I plan on doing this one and only once. If there are any vendors that`s willing to sponsor me I would greatly appreciate it.
