Shower Ediquette

My friend is getting married and I am the MOH. She and her fiance already live together and are set with housewares. They could really use some assistance with the expense of their honeymoon and I am sure would rather recieve cash than and iron. Is there a tactful way that I can include this in her invitation w/out sounding rude.
