13th Birthday

My birthday is in APRIL but i want to have to most amazing party ever!I am not really popular but im not a dork i promise-i have losts of friends,and the problem is they all expect something huge.I want it to be a party no1 can ever forget.I have to stay in a budget of $300 and i want to invite both boys and girls.I can invite as many people as i want.I dont have a theme or any idea on what to do for the party.I dont want to do like a bowling,iceskating,golf etc.I NEED BIG IDEAS LIKE OUTRAGEAUSE
