North East Venues

Anyone know of any barns or halls for hire in the newcastle, durham sort of area (all ideas welcome)? We want to use the barn/hall (even better if it is liscensed for the ceremony) for the wedding reception but want to be able to do our own catering and decor.
Any ideas would be welcome?
