The theme you choose should be something that is very specific to you. It should represent the things you like.

So think about the things outside of school that you are involved in, sports, music, gymnastics, writing, theatre, etc....and base your theme on that.

I`ve seen people do Candy Theme, Fashion, Mall Shopping, Jewelry because that is what they truly liked.
