I Want To Be A Cheerleader!!!!

I love to cheer and i want to be a cheerleader in 7th grade but one of the problems is I`m not as flexible as I used to be. But the major problem is my brother who is 20 , my sis who is 22, and my mom dont think i should be a cheerleader. They want me to do basketball which I`m good at but I just want to cheer so bad. PLEASE HELP!!!
