13th Birthday!

Ok, please help me! I`m turning 13 soon, and have no idea what to do for a party! I know I "shouldn`t be worried what others think of me," but I have to have a party that`s either better or just as good as my friends`. Most of them had mini Super Sweet 16s. Many people expect me to have one, but my parents don`t want to spend a lot of money. Any ideas?? Oh, and the whole "play board games and watch movies" thing will send me down a road of embarrassment.
