I Need HELP With My Birthday Party!!!!!

Hey, i also need help planning my birthday party! I will be 14 in Jan `08 and i want it to be planned and not at last minute, and i also want it to be the best birthday party yet! Yet, i dont have a Great idea of what to do! I know that i want it to have something to do with the winter weather or something, but i can`t have it be too expensive..... Well, any ideas??? =]
