HELP ON SWEET 15

I need help on everything...to the music what do i need in a sweet15(basic things)andim not that rich and i need lotz of help if i want to impress my friends and family...i need help how to plan the party and the dances and everything else!!!!I REALLY NEED HELP SINCE IM THE FIRST ONE IN THE FAMILY TO HAVE A SWEET 15 AND I NEVER GONE TO ONE!!! HELP ME
