Event Theme For A Management Meeting

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some clever ideas for the THEME of our January Management Meeting. Usually all the details of the meeting are then based around this meeting, so it needs to be motivating to our sales executives, exciting for all participants, and a "Must Attend" feeling.
I thought, January is the "beginning of a new year", for our area it is usually "Cabin Fever", etc.. What I would like to do is base the Extra Curricular activities around this Theme...for example:
If it was a fund raiser for a kids hospital I would bring them all to a facility that has children and the entertainment could be something like Circdus Sole...Get what I am trying to acheive?
