Wanted - Ivory Dress W/ Black Applique / Embroidery

I tried on a slim form-fitting, strapless dress with a trumpet or mermaid bottom this week and am trying to find the manufacturer and/or a new or slightly used version of the dress.

It was ivory with black and silver applique` (some flower designs) that starting at the top and sort of zig-zagged down the dress to about the knee. It was a flowing, sensual zig-zag and really highlighted the curves of a woman`s body. In fact, the ladies at the bridal store said many women loved the dress, but were not tall enough for it.

They cut the tags out though and said it was a designer knock-off made for their store. I can order it from them, but may not get the dress in time for my wedding. They said it was made in China.

Anyone know of this dress, have any ideas or similar styles for sale? It was definitely a classy and sophisticated, yet fun dress. Totally my style.
