13 Year Old Dance Party?

I am trying to have a 8th grade graduation co-ed dance party. My mom said it was probably okay but she has to talk with my dad. I would really like a DJ but DJ`s are very expensive and I don`t have a lot of money. Also I would like to have it indoors but to rent places is very expensive to. I would love to have caricatures but that would just make it more expensive. I don`t have a very big budget and that is yet to be determined. If anyone has any ideas please post them here. The party is co-ed and the DJ would have to play GOOD New teen music so that includes the rapish type songs. I really really would like to have this party but I nee ideads and prices! I have to do all the planning on my own and can`t give personal information out online so I can`t get prices from anywhere! Almost everywhere asks for your phone number and adress. I dont know how to find prices!!!!!!!
