Im gettin married in a couple months to a sgt. In the army.we are also young. His 22 n im 20. Our weddings also a small-medium wedding. Im about to be movin to killeen, texas with my soon to be husband to where hes stationed at.. Both born n raised in sac.. Bt its a hard transition Bt texas is a great place to live at. Real affordable. Weddings cost a lot. Usually if your godparents help out or aunts and uncles it helps. Dependin on where ur frm if i were u id go to like reno or tahoe..its a lot cheaper. If ur latino padrinos would offer. Gota set a budget first. Usually wherever youre at they got small receptions with good package deals. They have a reception and a banquet there. Real nice. My hall itself is costing us bout 2000 dollars. Fits 500ppl with an open bar and my foods costing about another thousand. Havin a strong catholic church goin family it wasnt an option for us to do a chapel type of wedding. If you search ur local area chapels they got options and deals to help out. If u get your civil marriage done.. I knew a couple that did a civil marriage and my friend had her gown and her man in a tux.. And a couple of friends and close family.. Afterwards they went out to dinner at a nice restaruant with just their immediate family...
Hope this helps.. If u need help i can try to help.. Bt its easy to look up info...
