Vinyl Sheeting/Terrace Structure Needs To Be Enclosed

I am in search of heavy duty clear vinyl that can be used to temporarily enclose an outside heated terrace. The terrace has wood latice but open "windows" sidewalls, but to be useable for a function in January, these will need to be "draped" or otherwise covered with heavy duty and clear vinyl of some sort. Does anyone know where I may find such a product relatively inexpensively? Please advise soonest.
