Different Religions

Please help. My fiance is Jewish and I am Methodist. We are eloping to Vegas and have decided to have a non-religous ceremony. Everywhere I look online is a chapel with a minister. We want something nice and private (NO ELVIS!) and we want to keep it neutral. Any ideas are appreciated..
