Ok, I have been told that I sould be throwing and engagment party. Who do you invite, what do you serve, ahhhh! Someone help!

You dont have to have a engagment party.. This is only if you want.. I for one never had one. We didnt feel it was a "have to have"
If you do have one invite close family and friends.to keep the cost down, and to serve....hmm maybe a bbq?? potluck??

Hi Coryelle,
I had an engagement party and loved every minute of it. It was quite a bit larger than I had originally wanted, but everyone brought food (too much food!), and we held it in the local community centre - so it was fairly inexpensive. But a great way for the 2 families and friends to meet and mingle before the BIG day.
