Wedding For Under 5k

I need to plan a wedding for under 5k, I live in San Diego. Between my Fiance and i we have 6 kids so you can imagine trying to plan a nice wedding. We want a beach wedding, if anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thank you
