Wedding Flowers Baltimore, MD

Does anyone have any recommendations on florists in the Baltimore area? I am trying to save as much money as I can, and originally was thinking about planting my own flowers, but was talked out of it (which is probably a good thing) by my mother. Now I am desperately looking for an affordable florist to help with my April, 2008 wedding.

Does anyone know anything about buying flowers wholesale? I have been looking into internet flowers but am weary since I can`t physically see the flowers that I will end up with.
I have heard there are some wholesale places in Baltimore, but am not sure exactly where they are, or if they are open to the public.
