Wedding Reception

I need some help finding a great spot for my wedding reception. I would like to have an outdoor dinner then move inside for dancing and bar. I am looking for something that can accomodate 200+ people, and is either around the naperville, lake forest, palos park, IL and kenosha wi. It doesn`t need to be exact.... It has to be something that is antiquated, with maybe some old falling apart brick buildings. Really shabby sheak! I really hope someone can help me... I am lost!!! thanks
