Advice PayPal Refund - Starkeeper?

In all honesty, I don`t know if Paypal is liable. I would say, go with your next course of action which is through your credit card. Ask Even though Paypal processed it, since you paid by card, technically it would be CC fraud.

I also paid her through paypal with my CC and they refunded my money. My 30 days were also up. I paid in Feb and just received my refund last night. It only took about 3-4 days

Leticia- How did you get a refund from paypal? I also paid in Feb. I filled out a complaint form and they denied it because I was over the 30 day period. What do I need to do??? I am also trying to get a refund from my credit card company. Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone - I am soooo soooo sorry to hear of all the misdoings by this Melody or whoever she is...........but I can across this post and thought that I would pass the good news on to all of you.

Upsetbride, I`m not in the same area as of Melody, I work in Silver Spring, MD. But I got good news for all you girls my friend Debbie called me and told me that Melody was incarcerated as of two days ago. She was even told that you can go visit her. THis was posted on the 101 bridal gowns forum. I hope that ALL of you that she has wronged can see justice served!!!!

They have also advised for all those who were taken advantage of to contact the deputy and their email is mentioned in one or two of the posts concerning her. She was good at playing everyone til after the 30 day period.

One more thing she has a satisfactory rating with BBB for Angel Dust so I suggest everyone complain so others are not taken advantage of

Well I just spoke with Deputy Carter and this is what he told me. The States Attorney has agreed to go through and press criminal charges. There will be a grand jury hearing and then they will return an indictment and it will immediately go to a jury trial. For those that have contacted him about your issues, you need to send him a typed signed statement detailing your complaint so he can enter it into evidence at the grand jury hearing. You can send this to him at 708 Furnace St, Cumberland, MD 21502. Grand jury meets the end of June.
