13th Boys Birthday In A Limo

Ok, so it`s my sons 13th golden birthday. We live in a very small town, the nearest big towns...milwaukee is about 40 miles or so away. He wants a limo....and im getting...the problem...can`t afford much more than that. We will be taking 16 of his friends with, and definitely for something to eat. What do we do until we eat? Spend time driving to our eating location? Any ideas on games/activities we could do until we get there? No laser tags near us and thats even more money. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Is that boring? There is a dvd...and possibly a ps2...but what else? Was thinking about having a scavenger hunt or.....like 3 amazing races stops. HELP! It`;s in a week!!!! Am I over reacting and they will have fun on their own?? Maybe some truth or dare?? LOL
