Sweet 16

Im wanting to plan my sweet 16 for may or april and wanna start planning it now. I want my party to be on a boat, leaving from somewhere in fairfield or new haven county. I would probally have around 100 kids. If anyone has ANY suggestions id love the help. Thans ;]
