Melissa Sweet Wedding Dress Size 8

This dress was worn and treated with care and love.

The Dress Design:
The style of the dress is Adrian. She is elegant, formal, classic and romantic. It is not a typical wedding dress. But if you are someone looking for something different, something to shock and awe, this is the dress for you.
Hand beaded train and back. Ivory Color.

The Dress Size:
Size 8
I am 5’7 ½ and I wore Flats- perfect length.
Bust size: 34 B- But there was plenty of room for padding or letting out.

Dress History:
The dress was bought in January 2006. As far as I know, it was the last one sold before Melissa Sweet joined Pricilla of Boston as their head designer and retired the “Adrian” design. It was the first dress I tried on and I fell in love.
In January 2007 I had the dress sleeves altered and the very unique bustle created.
I wore the dress on June 2nd, 2007 for my wedding in Indiana.
In July it was sent to J. Scheer & Co. In New York City to be professional preserved. (http://www.jscheer.com/) It was packaged with archival material and handled only with white gloves after the cleaning process. In my opinion, it looks better now than it did when I received it. If you want I can email you a scanned copy of the restoration certificate.
