Airbrush Watercolor By Campbell For Newman Decor In NYC

My sister has asked me to find out about 2 pictures she has. Any help is appreciated. On the back both pictures have the same number 1093, no date and signed on the front by artist Campbell. They are of women in soft pastels, one of a woman reading a card with tan back ground wearing a little hat with a blue ribbon under her chin, the other one also a young woman but reaching into a small string purse wearing a blue hat with a bird on it.
