Vintage Wedding, 1940`s&1950`s

Hi.
My husband and I are re-newing our wedding vows on our 10 year wedding anniversary. We want to do a theme from the late 40`s early 50`s. I have found a few dresses on line that I am thinking of getting made for me. The mens suits I think will be easy as long as they are double breasted with the hats. There are a few things I am having trouble figuring out.
1. Ideas for the ceremony & reception
2. Center pieces
3. Invitations
4. Flowers etc...

I want to stay in the `theme` for the whole thing. Even the parents will be dressing in the style. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it!
