36 Days Til I`m 21!!

I am about to be 21! I`m renting a limo and going out on the town with my friends. My original plan was a BLACK OUT where everyone attending wears all black and I wear something to stand out...but another girl in the group just did that... So I need a new and exciting theme about green. What I mean is - I will be wearing a short fun little light teal green dress and I want all the girls to wear dresses and guys not to wear jeans...but I don`t know what kind of theme I can work with to make me stand out with my green dress and make it easy for them to pick something out of their closets. HELP!
