HELP I`M CUBAN!

I am Cuban and will be marrying an Italian. My family was originally from Spain a few generations before. I would like to incorporate some noted traditions from any of these cultures in our wedding. We already have a reception hall (no caterer needed), the church and a DJ. As far as favors, ceremonial dress/rituals etc, songs or ANYTHING... I would appreciate an email back. Thank you! :)
