Renewing Our Vows After 10 Years!

Hey everyone I am in need of help. My hubby and I are renewing our vows next Aug. And I have no clue where to start. I have ideas but most people shoot them down. I want to wear an informal gown but still have my girls and our children stand with us. See our wedding was a totally ruined because everyone fighting and even though this is not the reason for renewing our vows I want everything perfect. Most of my friends tell me to do it anyway I want and some saw dont do this and dont do that. Please help me Thanks in advance. Beckie

My husband and I are planning to renew our vows also and I turned to the web for some guidelines. I have tons of idea but I want to be sure that I am not going too formal.

If there was one thing I learned from planning my wedding the first time it is that everyone has an opinion and it isn`t possible to please everyone. More importantly, it is ONLY important to please yourself and your spouse! Make your own decisions, be proud of them, and cherish your memories. Don`t worry about hurting anyones feelings. Those that are meant to participate and be at the big event will be and the rest, well it will be their loss. Good luck and having planning the event!
