Girl In Need Of Fanastic 13th Birthday

My friend is in need of a fantastic b-day party. Shes a person who loves attention and a good RAVE lol but does not want an original "party" (disco, dj). She wants a theme which gets her where her bridesmaids dress but doesn`t mind not. The themes she doesn`t want is - movies and oscars, hawiian or ect.
