You didn`t give much information about yourself or what you like but you are 13, so you could make the number thirteen the Theme for you party and pick 13 Activities that you and your friends have to do before the party is over. Or you could make it a Lucky 13 party.
Buy 13 scratch lotto ticks and pick 13 of your friends to scratch them off based on whose birthday is closest to the number 13 or odd or something creative like that.
The friends with the numbers 1 and 3 in their birthdays scratch the cards off.

You could pick 12 other fun activities to do. 13 Girls get made up with make up.

Or everyone has to write 13 wishes. Everyone has to write one wish and you pull 13 out from the hat and try to guess whose wish it is.

You could pick any 13 things you think would be fun and complete them as if it were a treasure hunt or scavenger hunt.
