My 13th Birthday

Okay so my birthday is in 18 days and i have no idea on what i want to do..... I was going to go out of town and take 3 of my friends..... But my mom said that probaly wont happen so now im clueless on what to do.....
I want to have a fun party that no one will forget and im trying to figure out if i want it to be a girl/boy party or just a girl party....
So any ideas please help!!!!!!!
