CUSTOM MADE DRESS....SOMEONE HELP!!!

Hello everyone...my name is Jasmine. Im in need need need, someone please help me. Prom is the most important thing of my high school memories, and at this point im stuck. I know what I want, and know how to describe it. But drawing is not my technique. If anyone can make a custom made dress for me, that would be wonderful.
