I am planning my son`s. His theme is rock and roll and he has picked black and silver for his colors. We are having it in a community center rec room. He is making something similar to a money tree --in his case a poster of an electric guitar but with real strings that the money clips to-- so guests can donate money to Make-a-Wish to send a terminally ill teen to a rock concert of his/her dream. We wanted to make sure my son`s 15 party is about him and also about becoming an adult who is making the world a better place! We are having a DJ who is accepting discs of my son`s favorite rock bands (and a few 70`s and slow songs for the old people!) We are inviting everyone for the first half and the teenagers get to stay late with a couple of chaperones. Hope these ideas are helpful! I`d love other ideas, too!
