Beach Marriage In Brasil

I have proposed to my girlfriend and been accepted!!!! I have the crazy idea to marry her on a beach in Brasil. I am English , she is from Garopaba. After the wedding and a small holiday, we are returning to the UK to live..............forever! I need to know if a civil ceremony is possible in Brasil outside the registary office??? help please, we are SO in love
