Dark Masquarade Halloween Wedding

Hello, so I am engaged to my girl and we wanted to have our wedding at the zoo but due t money problems that won`t work out so we are going back to our original idea more hers lol...anyway, we wanna do sort of a dark masquerade ball wedding, we would love to have masks, maybe costumes, and possibly a fire eater, anyway, we are having trouble finding some of this stuff, our main concern right now is trying to book somewhere here in Houston, we would love to find somewhere were we could get a whole package..the venue, catering, and some decorations, in the same price...we don`t have alot of money, and I would give anything to make this day just right for my girl, so if anyone could help us out with ideas, and suggestions I would greatly appreciate it thankyou!
