DONT TRUST SHOPSHOP.COM!!!

I just tried to buy a formal dress from shopshop.com my event is saterday, they failed to tell me that they didnt have my size in the dress i ordered until today... 3 or 4 days before my event. I am soooo unsatisfied because they act like this. Dont trust shopshop.com!!!!

I ordered two dresses from shopshop which they also could not deliver on time. I cancelled and then two months after the wedding I received them. I returned them and now over a year later I still have not received a refund. Don`t ever buy anything from them.

I ordered a prom dress from there, and finally like 2 days before the event, they told me they didnt have my size, they never informed me, and when I asked them about it, they said that they dont have enough staff to write back or anything and tell you they dont have enough size.
