Planning A 30th BIRTHDAY PARTY In Portsmouth, Hampshire

Hi all,
I`m thinking of Planning a 30th BIRTHDAY PARTY in Portsmouth, Hampshire, for my husband Jack and need some help with some things: i need Costumes, Masks & Wigs for a Theme party that i had though of. May be i should get a Party Planner? if not, i need a Mobile Disco. A small Catering is requiered too for 35 people or maybe just a private Chef. Anyway please help me with some ideas how to do it. The party will take place in our back garden.
