Corporate Event Planner In The South East

I am in need of a freelance corporate events planner to assist me with an upcoming company AGM which will be held in Margate. I am being thrown in at the deepend as the person who usually plans these things in house has left abruptly. I am realising that I need some help with the details as I have other responsibilities to attend to also. Someone professional, with a proven record in Events mangagement only please. Must be as good with people as with seating arrangements. Only serious replies please.
