Looking For Lost Gown With Crystal Detail

I found the perfect dress at a bridal salon--it was strapless, a-line, with a sprinking of crystals along the bodice continuing diagonally down the front of the dress, satin, ivory-colored. Unfortunately, the salon had taken the tags out of the dress and when I went back to buy it, they told me they no longer had it. They refused to give me the designer`s name, or any other information--so now I`m desperate. I haven`t been able to find it anywhere, despite countless web searches. I`d appreciate any help at all in locating it or something similar.
