SMASHING ANNIVERSARY FOR MY WIFE

I wish to give my beautiful wife a smashing anniversary party, for our fifth year together. I love her very much and i wish to do a DOVE or BUTTERFLY RELEASE and then EAT BRUNCH in the back garden accompanied by a TRIO CLASSICAL BAND. Therefore i need recomendations on:
1) a Dove & Butterfly Release company
2) catering for 20
3) a classical trio

They should be in CORNWALL
