Wedding Veil Help!

I found a nice social dress in champagne at Macy`s for my wedding dress. I`m not good at this stuff, but is it easy to make a veil? Has anyone done this? Something simple

I bought my veil from the bridal store I got my dress from. I paid almost 300 for it and now after looking at it more closely I hate it and paid WAY TOO MUCH for it! I guess because the lady at the shop and my FMIL LOVED it and thought it looked great on me, which it does look ok from a distance, I was pretty much caught up in the moment and am sorry that I did!. I am not even going to wear a veil.
But I agree with a few of the other post, go to Michael`s or somewhere like that, they have beautiful do-it-yourself kits!
I think I might try to sell my veil on E-bay. Don`t get me wrong, it is beautiful and all but after looking at it, the pattern of it does not go with my dress like the above mentioned ladies said it did. And after realizing the veil means purity, it wouldn`t be proper for me to wear one!
I say go for making your own!

And to the lady who`s wedding is only 9 days to go, Good luck! and Congrats!
