Please help i have a dress that is a creamy color but i want it white and i havent found anyone to do it in maryland can someone please help me either tell me how to did it or tell me anyone who would!!!! PLEASE

What are you asking exactly? You can`t bleach your cream dress white... Are you looking for a new one to buy?

Yes I agree - I would not chance bleaching out your cream gown to white. Especially if you have beads or detail on the gown that will not take to bleach.
You would be better to try to resell your gown and purchase a white dress.
I have many designer gowns that were originally priced over $1000.00 -- marked down to $400
